When not working, she enjoys spending time with my sons, reading a good book, watching sporting events, and taking advantage of the sunshine outdoors. Drawing on nearly 20 years of coaching and counseling experience, she helps adults navigate anxiety, stress, midlife transitions, and the moments when the strategies that once worked no longer do. Through practical tools, compassion, and a deep understanding of human behavior, Guen helps people recognize unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and create lasting change in both life and work.
