Building a business takes creativity, resilience, and confidence, but menopause can bring unexpected changes that impact the way we work, think, lead, and care for ourselves.
From brain fog and fatigue to stress, sleep, and shifting emotions, these changes can influence everything from productivity and decision-making to confidence, communication, and balancing the many demands of work and life.

Join counselor Guen Morr for an open, supportive conversation about menopause and its impact on the mind, body, and spirit through the lens of women in business. Together, we'll explore why these changes happen, how they can affect your work and well-being, and practical strategies to help you continue showing up with confidence in your career, and everyday life.

Menopause is a journey that touches every woman. Whether it's still ahead, happening now, or part of your past, this workshop is designed for women of all ages. You'll gain a better understanding of the physical, emotional, and mental changes that can come with menopause or just being a women, while learning practical tools to support both your personal well-being and your professional life.
